Who This Is For

Sound Familiar?

If you're a serious HS or college player training on your own or with a generic program, chances are you're dealing with at least one of these right now.

Your throwing velocity or exit velocity has plateaued and your current program hasn't moved the needle in months.

You're throwing through nagging shoulder or elbow soreness instead of training around it and building your arm up.

You're following a generic template that has nothing to do with your position, your mechanics, or your schedule.

Nobody is actually looking at your throwing or swing on video, so you have no idea if you're doing it right.

You want to train like the pro-track guys, but you don't have access to a facility that trains them.

Your off-season has no real structure — you're "working out," not actually getting better at baseball.

How Pro-Level Programming Actually Works

From The Field To Your Program

I was an All-American at Fresno City College and committed to play at the University of Arkansas before the Los Angeles Dodgers drafted me in 2019. From 2019 to 2022, I trained inside a pro organization — and learned firsthand how pro strength staffs actually build power and protect arms, instead of guessing at it.

When I opened Diamond Edge Athletics in Clovis, I built that same system for amateur players who never get access to it: The DEA Player Development System — a blend of triphasic strength training for explosive power, structured hypertrophy work, and dedicated arm-care and mobility programming built specifically for throwing athletes.

That's the exact system this remote program runs on. You don't need to drive to Clovis to train like it — you need a program built the same way, and a coach actually watching your work.

The DEA Player Development System

Triphasic Strength Training

Periodized strength and power work that targets the eccentric, isometric, and concentric phases of a lift — built to translate directly into throwing velocity and bat speed, not just numbers on a bar.

Arm Care & T-Spine Mobility

Dedicated scapular, rotator cuff, and thoracic spine work programmed into every week — not an afterthought you skip when you're short on time.

Rotational Power & Speed

Med ball work, plyometrics, and sprint mechanics built to develop the rotational power and speed that actually shows up on the field.

Introducing

DEA Remote Training

A fully personalized training program, coached by me directly through text and video — built around your goals, your equipment, and your season.

01

A Custom Program Built Around You

No templates. Your program is written by me based on your position, your goals, your training age, and whatever equipment you have access to.

Means: every session moves you toward your goal — not someone else's.
02

Triphasic Strength & Power Blocks

The same periodized strength system built to develop explosive power, programmed in phases across your off-season or in-season.

Means: you build strength that actually shows up as velocity, not just a bigger squat.
03

Arm Care & Mobility, Built In

Dedicated arm-care and T-spine mobility work programmed into every single week — never tacked on, never skipped.

Means: you can train hard without your arm being the thing that ends your season.
04

Direct Text & Video Coaching

Send video of your bullpens, swings, or lifts any time. I review it and send back real feedback and cues — not a generic tip sheet.

Means: real coaching, not a PDF you're left to interpret on your own.
05

Monthly Program Adjustments

Your programming updates as you progress and as your season changes — in-season, off-season, or coming back from a break.

Means: your training evolves with you instead of staying static for months.
06

Optional: Hitting Or Throwing Mechanics

Want direct coaching on your swing or your delivery on top of your strength program? Add one mechanics focus — hitting or throwing — with video breakdown, cueing, and drills built around it.

Means: the parts of your game that actually put up numbers get real coaching too, not just the weight room.

FAQ

Questions

Do I need a full gym to do this?

No. Your program is built around whatever equipment you actually have access to — from a full weight room to a garage setup.

Is this for pitchers, hitters, or both?

Both. Programming covers throwing velocity and hitting power, and is adjusted based on your position and role.

How does the video feedback actually work?

You send video by text whenever you throw, hit, or lift. I review it and send back specific feedback and cues — not a generic checklist.

What if I'm currently in season?

Your programming adjusts to manage volume and protect your arm around your game schedule instead of ignoring it.

How old do I need to be?

This is built for high school and college-level players. If you're outside that range, reach out and we'll figure out if it's a fit.

How is this different from a template I could just buy online?

Every program is written specifically for you, by me — not a pre-made plan — and adjusted monthly based on your progress and your video.
